Terms & Conditions
Customer Responsibilities
Provide safe and reasonable access to all HVAC equipment. Inform technicians of any system issues or concerns Maintain a clear area around HVAC equipment. Schedule maintenance visits within the agreement period.
Limitations and Exclusions
The agreement does not cover equipment replacement. Excludes damage from acts of God, vandalism, or abuse. Additional charges apply for refrigerant, parts, and non-maintenance repairs. Service guarantee void if system worked on by unauthorized personnel. One property per contract.
Cancellation
After an initial 12 months, the agreement may be canceled with a 30-day written notice. The company reserves the right to cancel agreement with a 30-day notice. No refunds for unused services.
Liability
The company maintains appropriate licensing and insurance. The company is not liable for consequential or secondary damages. Maximum liability is limited to service agreement value.
Transfer
Agreement may be transferred to a new homeowner with written notice. A transfer fee of $25 applies. The company must approve all transfers.
